SpamForms is a service operated by Intellecta Pty Ltd ("Intellecta", "we", "us", "our"), an Australian company based in Melbourne, Victoria. This page covers both our Privacy Policy and our Disclaimer. By creating an account or using spamforms.com you accept the terms below.
We collect two distinct categories of information:
Customer information is used to operate your account: authenticating you, running the service, generating invoices, and contacting you about the service. Lead information is processed in order to classify each submission (genuine, spam or off-topic) and to forward genuine leads to the destination you have configured. Submissions are also stored in your dashboard so you can review and export them.
Submissions that are classified as spam, or submissions you re-classify as spam from your dashboard, may be used in aggregate and de-identified form to train, tune and improve the SpamForms classification system, including shared spam-detection models that help us better protect all SpamForms customers. Genuine leads are never used for this purpose.
Where a spam sample contains personal information, we treat that information as we would any other: it is held in your account under the same access controls, and is not disclosed to third parties.
To run the service we rely on a small number of infrastructure providers (for example, a payment processor to handle subscription billing, and an AI inference provider used by our classification engine). These providers act as processors on our behalf under their own contractual confidentiality and security obligations. They are not permitted to use customer information or lead information for their own purposes.
Form submissions (including spam) and their associated raw email are retained for up to 24 months, after which they are purged. You may delete your account at any time, in which case your customer information and the leads held in your account are removed in accordance with our standard deletion process.
We take the security of customer and lead information seriously. Access to data is restricted, traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS), infrastructure is hardened and patched, and administrative access is logged. See the Disclaimer section below for the limitations that apply.
You may access, correct or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. Submitters whose information appears in a lead should contact the relevant customer (the business that owns the website form) in the first instance, as that customer is the controller of the lead data. We will assist customers in responding to such requests.
SpamForms uses strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email.
SpamForms is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the service accurate, reliable and continuously available, we make no warranty — express or implied — that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every spam classification will be correct.
Spam classification is performed by automated systems including AI models. These systems are highly accurate but not infallible. You are responsible for reviewing your dashboard and re-classifying any submissions that the system has handled incorrectly. Intellecta is not liable for any business loss arising from a genuine lead being classified as spam, or a spam submission being forwarded as genuine.
Forwarding of leads depends on third-party email infrastructure (recipient mail servers, DNS, upstream relays). We cannot guarantee delivery to any particular inbox. You should monitor your dashboard as the authoritative record of received submissions.
Security is a priority across every aspect of how SpamForms is built and operated. However, no internet-facing system can be made absolutely impenetrable. Intellecta gives no warranty against, and accepts no liability for, data exposure resulting from sophisticated, high-level or otherwise unforeseeable attacks on our infrastructure or on the infrastructure of our service providers, despite the full care we take to keep the service secure. By using SpamForms you acknowledge this residual risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intellecta's total liability to you in connection with the service is limited to the fees you have paid us for the service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data. Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes any right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are responsible for: keeping your account credentials secure, ensuring that the forms you direct to SpamForms collect personal information lawfully and with appropriate notice to submitters, and complying with all laws applicable to your use of the leads we deliver to you (including privacy, anti-spam and electronic marketing laws).
This Privacy Policy and Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
